What IS your idea of IDEAL WEIGHT?

Being constantly bugged and teased by others about your body size and weight...
Not that you are overly obese, but just a tad overweight and pudgy before...
But you want to the teasing and fat jokes to STOP.
PERIOD.
So you finally make a resolution to lose it all...

Now...
You're more confident and looking great after shedding major pounds off...
Albeit spending loads of time, money, determination, self-control and effort whilst doing it...
With new-found confidence, you start wearing sleeveless apparel (e.g. tubes and tanks)...

One day, you're shopping with your friends in the mall, and walk into a clothing store...
You're flipping through the racks of clothes...
Then the not-so-slim salesgirl walks over and bluntly informs you....
"Our clothes are all FREE SIZE..."
You feel insulted and hurt...
You've already lost so much weight, and now someone who's BIGGER than you is telling you that you can't fit into the clothes cos they are free size...

Another day, you're shopping with your friends in the mall, and walk past a spa promotion booth...
Almost IMMEDIATELY, the promoters approach you and start hounding you about their latest slimming packages available...
Which smashes your new-found confidence to another new low...

After several of such incidents, you start to question yourself...
"Am I still very fat? But I've already lost 10 over kilos..."

This can result in 3 types of endings...

A: You are motivated to lose MORE weight to reach the IDEAL weight ingrained in the minds of the promoters and the public...


B: You lose ALL motivation and hope, and start bingeing again. Since no matter how much weight you lose, you'd still look fat to others... And regain all the weight you lost... Or even MORE...


C: You go OVER-THE-TOP in weight loss, and even start becoming bulimic... Severely harming your own body and health in the process...

But frankly speaking, if an UK size 8/10 woman, still gets hounded slimming promoters, there's something SERIOUSLY WRONG with the public's idea of IDEAL WEIGHT...

Is size 0 really a practical and healthy IDEAL?

I wonder...
