Kitto's Okonomiyaki (お好み焼き)

based on my mum's modified simple recipe (for 1 serving)...

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of plain flour
1 egg
some water
some cabbage
some prawns
some squid
japanese mayo & Bulldog tonkatsu sauce to top when serving

Instructions:
mix the batter, then pour in the ingredients and mix again. then pour into non-stick pan & fry without oil over low heat. flip & fry other side, top with mayo & Bullydog tonkatsu sauce before serving.

i guess i'm a natural-born chef...
