Itti playing around cage Part 1 of 11

Someone told me Itti bit her when she tried to take her out of her cage...
And after she did that Itti moved her house and stuffed herself in between a small, tight corner at the edge of the cage and the house...
A position that's very hard for ANYONE to take her out...
I think Itti was shocked by the sudden unfamiliar hand coming into her space and picking her up, so that's why she bit her...
Cos even though I haven't been handling her much, due to busy work schedule, I've been putting my hand into the cage everyday to feed her... And to shift any fallen or misplaced furniture around, or back to their original positions...
And Itti never pounced on my hand before...
Even when my hand was on her food bowl when she came running very quickly and excitedly towards it for food one morning...
She didn't bite me...
I think Itti's just not used to the scent of strangers...
So she's retaliating to unwanted foreign "objects"...
By biting back...
Anywayz, I think my hamster likes the smell of Beauty Credit's Coenzyme Q10 creams and lotions...
Cos she always climbs up the side of the cage when I put my hand (with the cream smell) beside the cage...
Or when my mum teases her to climb up with bean sprouts (Itti's fave veg, after sunflower seeds)...
Works every time...
