只要一不留神，手臂肥肉就開始放肆的生長，
Lidna親自示範，私房瘦手臂的妙招，
讓你不用花錢，也能擁有漂亮線條。

● 瘦手臂 Tip1. 手握啞鈴向後伸展 道具：啞鈴(約1磅)或600c.c.保特瓶 手握啞鈴或保特瓶，向上高舉過頭， 手臂貼緊耳朵，然後緩緩往後腦勺伸展， 動作的同時，要保持手肘不動，下臂重覆上下動作， 讓上臂感覺輕微痠痠的即可。 提醒你，這個動作的重點要慢， 而不是講求快速激烈， 否則，很容易弄巧成拙， 變成金剛芭比喔！

● 瘦手臂 Tip2. 高舉手臂 延展上臂內側肌肉 將右手臂高舉，下臂與頭平行， 接著用左手壓著右手臂的肘關節， 讓手碰到背部肩胛骨， 也可以搭配身體彎曲伸展， 就可運動到側面與手臂內側的肌肉囉！ 這個動作，記得左右交替著做唷！

● 瘦手臂 Tip3. 空掌拍手臂 刺激肌肉放鬆 用空掌拍上手臂，也就是掰掰肉的位置， 這個動作可刺激淋巴作用， 讓肌肉放鬆，並軟化脂肪， 避免掰掰肉的成生！

The Itch

1 whole month of watching teens and kids prance around on stage dancing is making my inner dance cells active again...
i am actually tapping my feet, and bobbing to the music while filming...
but the last 2 weeks, i was like moving to the music, while standing amidst a hall full of hormones and adrenaline-charged kids and teens screaming their heads off, and jumping around like crazy...
thank god i've had good training beforehand in past concerts that i've been in...


i think i'm itching to dance...
and my throat is itching to sing...


so much so that when i heard that there might be a familiar face teaching dance soon, i was so excited and wished to go for the classes...
and even when i watch music performances or mtvs, and listen to music, my body is like moving more than usual...
as in, not just bobbing my head to the rhythm...
my limbs will start moving in random dance moves (albeit subtly and discretely)...

but when can i go karaoke again and totally let loose?
maybe i'll just have to make do at home...

4 years...
it might be difficult to believe...
